A Metabolomics Support Package for Untargeted Mass Spectrometry

MetumpX is a Ubuntu based software package that facilitate easy download and installation of about 89 tools related to standard Untargeted Metabolomics Mass Spectrometry pipeline.

💾 Installation

To clone and run this application, you'll need Git. From your command line:

# Clone this repository
$ git clone https://github.com/hasaniqbal777/MetumpX-bin

# Go into the repository
$ cd MetumpX-bin

# Start Installation
$ chmod +x MetumpX_setup_enUS
$ sudo ./MetumpX_setup_enUS

Follow the on-screen dialogue boxes for installation.
