Hi,

per the change log #18103, the fix was in place to allow "snapshot_idnetifier" to be removed from configuration without resource recreation.

However, I tested and my instance restored from snapshot was destroyed and recreated after I use snapshot_identifier="" (remove the snapshot identifier).

Any idea what I did wrong?

what we have in our module is aws_rds_cluster
Any idea if the same fix is applied to aws_rds_cluster?
