The ComputeEnvironmentDetail structure includes a field

	StatusReason *string `locationName:"statusReason" type:"string"`

that can provide more information: https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/batch-invalid-compute-environment/. Return this as lastError.
