Typo in data_source_aws_network_interface

I found a typo in https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-aws/blob/master/aws/data_source_aws_network_interface.go#L178, it should be private_ip instead of private_id, also tests and docs are missing on some of those fields
