`PublishInternetEndpoints` is also a pointer and could be nil so we should check that too to prevent a crash Co-authored-by: stephybun <steph@hashicorp.com>

@harshavmb apologies, I merged an older PR this morning which had outdated vendor files. I've submitted a PR to fix it #24108. Once that's merged you'll need to do another rebase/merge which will fix the CI. |

This PR fixes #23508. Exposes below internet & microsoft routing endpoints & hostnames for different storage types when routing options set to true.
For blob storage
For queue storage
For table storage
For queue storage
For dfs storage
For web storage
You might find
internet routingendpoints & hostnames missing fortable&queuestorage types. It's missing from Azure API implementation. May be it's not possible to route traffic for these types over the internet.
