Description

Azure region "Central India" (centralindia) does support zones. The func friendlyInvalidRedisEnterpriseClusterZoneLocations includes "Central India" in the hardcoded list of region friendly-names not supporting zones. This PR removes "Central India" from the list.

While deploying a Redis Enterpise cluster to Central India we received the error "'Zones' are not currently supported in ...'", yet creating the same resource in Central India via Azure Portal or AzAPI succeeded. Azure Support confirms Azure region Central India does support zones [1,2,3] and, therefore, this change is warranted.
