With latest 1.27.1, we were blocked by "Insufficient rights to add provider Microsoft Media" ; was not the case with our previous test with 1.25. Happen when creating storage account with a service principal that as not right to enable provider to current subscription. Microsoft.media provider not enabled for current subscription, not required for our needs. Switch back to 1.25 with success. #3313

Before 1.26, the registration error was silently ignored and we fixed it in 1.26. You can choose to skip this error, details please read at #3312 (comment).

This has been released in version 1.27.1 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example:

provider "azurerm" {
	version = "~> 1.27.1"
}
# ... other configuration ...
