Update terraform-plugin-go and terraform-plugin-sdk

Description

This PR updates the terraform-plugin-sdk and terraform-plugin-go dependencies. Couple of interfaces had breaking changes:

• The AttributeType property of tftypes.Map was renamed to ElementType
• The (AttributePath).WithElementKeyInt() func changed from int64 to int

Acceptance tests

• Have you added an acceptance test for the functionality being added?

Output from acceptance testing:
