The Terraform change logs have some de facto conventions which include beginning descriptions with uppercase and using present tense verbs. I updated several lines to adhere to these conventions. I also enclosed parameters in backticks and fixed some spelling errors.
This pull request is limited to the 0.6.7 and 0.6.8 change logs, but I plan to review the older change logs at a later date.
