Drop building tests on GHC 7.x because that requires relaxing the `constraint: bytestring installed`; GHC 7.x comes with a too old `bytestring` package for the tests. Drop testing GHC 7.8 because it ships a too old `transformers`. Drop testing legacy GHCs < 7.8.
