• Updated unittest.yaml to tests.yaml to improve the overall testing and linting of hauler
• Added comprehensive unit and integration tests that build the binaries and test the newly built binaries

Verification/Testing of Changes:

• Unfortunately, it is not very easy to simulate GitHub Actions. You are able to test by manually running each of the workflows, jobs, steps, and commands locally to verify they work
• I completed this on multiple ubuntu machines
