Removal of socat meant that Cisco vrnetlab nodes couldn't be accessed via the management interface due to a non-existent route.
This PR adds the relevant static routes and creates VRFs for nodes if necessary to ensure the default route installed for the management interface doesn't interfere with the default context where the users lab config would usually be.
I've tested everything on Rocky 9.3, I was able to SSH into all nodes with the changes.
