Current behavior
This error is happening intermittently when a user updates the Indicator model. This is occurring on staging and dev environments.

This is the error we're receiving:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Indicators > Indicator
  2. Click on an existing Indicator record you have created
  3. Try and update a field and save it. Keep saving after every update you make and see if the error displays
  4. See error

@Kimaiyo077 so far has been trying to debug it and isolate the issue but @odenypeter if you can also have a look that would be great 👀
