Description:

Updated the beacontools package to the lastest version in order to fix dependency conflict. See home-assistant/supervisor#356

@balloob we need make a 0.63.2 soon as possible. This fix a big problem with our docker images.

@pvizeli @rytilahti 11 hours ago a new construct version was released which breaks the miio components again. We tried to avoid pinning in the past and failed multiple times now. A new release of HA wouldn't help at the moment.

As soon as this PR (#12392) is merged the xiaomi_miio components are up and running again.
