Description:
This PR updates the
mandatory_fields.xlsanddigitisation_fields.xlsform. The image question inside the verification section is now moved outside the group and placed as a standalone question even if the feature doesn't exist. The note that saysYou can't proceed with data acquisition if the building doesn't exist.is kept outside the verification group after the photo question with relevant when 'buidling_exists' is 'no' which was inmandatory_fields.xlsfile previously.Issue:
