Set the index search options ExcludeFileRegexp with this parameter to allow excluding files from the search via a regexp.

I stopped using hound a long time ago, but the PR is simple enough to understand. I can take a look at rebasing it on master. |

Well, I deleted my hound fork at some point and now I can't update this PR. I'll have to create a new one |

This PR adds a search field to exclude file paths with a regexp. It works exactly like the current file path search, except if it matches it rejects the file.
I made this because I have a lot of Go repositories with vendored dependencies and I'd like to be able to ignore all those files when searching.
