This PR adds a search field to exclude file paths with a regexp. It works exactly like the current file path search, except if it matches it rejects the file.

I made this because I have a lot of Go repositories with vendored dependencies and I'd like to be able to ignore all those files when searching.

Hey, there's some interest in merging this PR sooner than later. @vrischmann are you still around and interested in seeing this PR merged?

I stopped using hound a long time ago, but the PR is simple enough to understand. I can take a look at rebasing it on master.

Well, I deleted my hound fork at some point and now I can't update this PR. I'll have to create a new one
