  1. gravatarEmail 当 params.gravatar.enable=true 时才生效
  2. 调整 frontmatter: author 数据类型由 string 变成 map
  3. 删除 frontmatter: gravatarForce、authorLink、authorEmail
  4. 新增 frontmatter: [boolean] authorAvatar
  5. 新增 params.gravatar.enable
