We should make the end point URLs (puzzle & verify) configurable for experts.

Use cases

Use the official endpoints via a local proxy for improved data protection (not leaking consumer IPs to 3rd party)
Allow the use of a (local) https://github.com/FriendlyCaptcha/friendly-lite-server
