- Associates a Tool with an Organization - Return created from LtiProfileManager.get_or_create_from_claims so we know if the user has been created or not
- UserPlatformLink will now be handled by ai-mentor-xblock - Doesn't have anything to do with LTI anyway, so make more sense
This reverts commit b42bc88.
- No longer need to return created - Rm create_user_platform_link import; no longer present
- Default shows Tool (id) which isnt' helpful - Now shows title (client_id)
