To build into the example npm install and npm install -g grunt then grunt

Testing the example

1. Launch Chrome Canary or Dev Channel (v24).
2. Visit chrome://extensions
3. Enable Developer mode.
4. Load unpacked extension from examples/http
5. Find this app -> example -> http. Select it.
6. Go to the new tab page an launch.
7. Open up the web inspector to see the server is connected
8. Request 127.0.0.1:1337 in a browser tab
