Syntax Highlighting Issues

Both single and double quotes break syntax highlighting:

Take note of the labels. In other words: Yes, I will merge any PR that fixes this.

Let me give you some context: The highlighting is loosely based on TextMate's INI grammar, hence the package (and its derivatives for Sublime Text & VSCode) suffers from the same issue. There's an open pull request that supposedly fixes the issue, but it doesn't work for me (neither for INI files, nor for Inno Setup). I'll keep watching the issue, hoping that one day it will get solved (and merged).
