How to Install:
The easiest way to install, copy all of directory into Magento.
Refresh Cache Storage Management which is at System Cache Management in Admin

How to Start:
The page is http://<domain>/support

Notice:
Template files are in default design directory. This test does not request a change in admin area.
This is the reason because it has got a non separated directory from default.
Table is updated by script. I know this kind of script is not the best.
