  1. Add a /status_clear command that clears an entire row.

    This is a simple and quick hack that clears the given row.
    The old way (clearing the status_line variable) isn't useful for
    status rows >1, and using status_add to do it requires you add
    something first.
    
    This way everything can be dragged back to clean.
