DNSSEC Lookaside Validation (or DLV) is now deprecated and unsupported in recent versions of ISC BIND.

Worse: since today, 2020-03-05 16:04 UTC, the Keys for dlv.isc.org are expired and bind doesn't respond to queries anymore if dnssec-lookaside is set to auto. This setting must be set to "no" in order for bind to still work.
