[DDW-321] Clean Up V1 API Code Base

• Removes depreciated types, requests, and API methods associated with the V0 API.

• Remove the now unnecessary Ada prefix from types, requests, and variables that was previously used to differentiate from ETC related data.

• Within the /api directory, organizes requests, types, and errors into subdirectories based on the categories Accounts, Addresses, Common, Nodes, Transactions, and Wallets.

• Consolidates API related utility functions that were previously scattered around into one directory /api/utils.

• Updates the flow type and error import names in /components, /stores, and /domains where ever they are used.

• Important parts of the code are properly documented and commented
• Code is properly typed with flow
• React components are split-up enough to avoid unnecessary re-rendering
• Any code that only works in Electron is neatly separated from components

Testing

• New feature / change is covered by acceptance tests
• All existing acceptance tests are still up-to-date
• New feature / change is covered by Daedalus Testing scenario
• All existing Daedalus Testing scenarios are still up-to-date

After Review:

• Merge PR
• Delete source branch
• Move ticket to done on the Youtrack board
