Not all clusters use /var/lib/kubelet as state dir for kublet (kubernetes-csi/csi-driver-host-path#71). To work on such clusters, we (ideally) need to determine the state dir automatically (not sure how to do that) or make it configurable.

This can be done already via kustomize, but also needs to work for the operator.

We want to stabilize the operator API and therefore have to get this included there.

to auto-detect this path. Hence, added a new field to deployment spec that
could be used to provide the kubelet path to driver deployment.
