What is Healthcare HL7 XML?

Healthcare HL7 XML (also known as ITB or Ensemble HL7 XML) is an application you can install in InterSystems Healthcare products to handle HL7 v.2.x messages in XML format..

HL7 v2.x in XML format

Healthcare HL7 XML includes services and operations to handle HL7 v2.x in XML format:

  • Business Services - receive HL7 XML messages from external applications and send an EnsLib.HL7.Message to production.
  • Business Operations - receive an EnsLib.HL7.Message from production and send HL7 XML messages to external applications.

This package is an add-on for InterSystems products and does not form part of the official release. InterSystems standard technical assistance will not attend issues related with this package.
