Description

This PR updates accelerate to the most recent version.
After some testing, no regressions have been found. This makes sure all deps are as up-to-date as they can be for the next release announced my @Millu on discord.

Actually 0.27.2 was released but it's not mentioned on the github page. Guess we should go with that?
