What is Scenario 1E, and will any work be done on it? If not, let's close it.

Scenario 1E looks like salinity, calls itself salinity, and it looks fine.

Scenario 1D says it is dissolved oxygen (DO), calls itself oxygen and
references oxygen variables, but throughout refers to salinity in the
markdown cells. The README.md needs to be rewritten and the python cells
clearly need love and attention.

Maybe move 1D to be an enhancement to be done after the milestone and
rename 1E to 1D for consistency in numbering? Unless someone has done some
more on the DO?
