Verify that next-generation "is this helpful" widget is successfully implemented and collecting metrics; determine whether future testing is necessary. This issue may include ...

  • Making sure collected metrics make sense (both in terms of whether they're wired correctly, or whether they are themselves the correct metrics to use)
  • If needed, conducting usability testing for qualitative verification
