As per an emerging discussion about testing in js-ipfs I have tweaked this PR. Testing for bitswap is now changed to rely on the interface tests. PR for that is ipfs-inactive/interface-js-ipfs-core#254 |
CID parsing is done just like block.add does This also removes the local tests and moves reliance on testing to the tests that are being added to interface-ipfs-core
