It's very frustrating when i give install directions to people and they end up at a total impasse because our tech broke down in some way. I usually play the role of Quality Control for the whole project, and i make sure that everything stays working. But i cannot play that role right now, so please be more careful with these things.

Honestly, this is testable, so maybe this should be in some production test case.
