I think this could be improved, but it is a start. I also want to add in a checklist, and make this less-meetup centric. I think a longer document might be good - more like an overall guidebook on how to run an open source meetup. Thoughts?

This looks great! Adding line comments with a couple specific questions/clarifications but the overall document is well done.


- Who is the meetup for? Beginners? Advanced users? Advanced Developers?
- What topics should be covered?
- What are your core values, and how do you want these to come off? Inclusiveness;

Why does this say Inclusiveness; at the end of the line? Did you mean to add a note about inclusiveness? That would be a good idea. Otherwise, why is it there?
