Per ipfs/ipfs-webui#1665, make instructions for logs clearer for Linux users who don't see a system tray menu.

@lidel -- do you mind a quick look? Cribbed the Linux logs location from notes in ipfs/ipfs-webui#1665 but am not sure if that's actually correct. |
