hmm... i thought i fixed this. got a repro of a situation where its causing an issue? |
@jbenet Are "blocks they currently have" defined as blocks that are added to the block service? referring to this method? |

Currently, nodes should add themselves as providers for blocks they currently have. I dont think this is happening.
