Issue with 'run_03_geo2rdr_coarseResamp' for UAVSAR Processing

Hello Community,

I am currently working on processing UAVSAR data in Alaska, following the recipe from https://github.com/forrestfwilliams/UAVSAR_InSAR. I've encountered an issue at the 'run_03_geo2rdr_coarseResamp' stage of the process.

The configuration file for the second run, titled 'config_focus_split,' seems to include only the [common] section. It is not clear to me whether the file is functioning as expected.

After searching through the ISCE2 GitHub repository for potential fixes, I have not found a solution. I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed or debug this issue from the community or the developers.

After seeking expertise from Dr. Fielding at JPL, he advised skipping from step 1 directly to step 8 in the processing sequence.
