Materials Page(mobile).

As a user I want to see the Materials page so that I can view all the materials there.

Preconditions.
User is on the site on the Main Page.
User clicks on Hamburger Menu.
User clicks on page link named "Матеріали" and is redirected to the "Матеріали" page.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Design of Materials Page is described here.

2. The Materials page includes:

2.1. Header
2.2. Materials page's name

2.3. The materials section with all material cards.
2.3.1. The material cards are sorted in the following sequence that is constantly repeated: "Переклад" material card, "Медитека" material card, "Відео" material card, "Думка експерта" material card and also sorted by date and time of adding from the newest to the oldest.
2.3.2. The material cards are placed on the page in one column.
2.4. The clickable button "Фільтри" which is always placed at the right side of the bottom of the screen even when the user is scrolling the Material page up or down.

2.5. When the user scrolls down the content page an Up arrow appears next to the Filters button. The color of the background is orange (code - #FF5C00), opacity - 0.8 .

3. Material page should be opened by clicking on the material title or material card's text.

4. User should be able to scroll materials cards up or down.
