As a User I want to be able to read and learn medical information (mobile version)

Preconditions.
User is on the main page of the website with mobile

Acceptance criteria:

User should be able to see the Materials page #209
User should have a filter's section on the Material's page #217
User should be able to see the Authors page #301
User should be able to see the Top section of the material #302
User should be able to see material's full view on a separate page #303
