Authors page(mobile).

As a user (any role) I want to view the Experts list on "Experts" page so that I can choose which one I want to read.

Preconditions.
User is on the site on the Experts page.

Acceptance criteria::

1. Design of experts Page is described here..

2. The Experts Page includes:
   2.1. Header
   2.2. Experts page name
   
   2.3. The author section with all Experts cards.
   2.3.1. Experts cards are sorted in alphabetical surname order, two cards in each row, twelve cards on one page.
   2.4. The clickable button "Фільтри" which is always placed at the right side of the bottom of the screen even when a user is scrolling the Experts page up or down.

   

   2.5. Footer.

3. User should be able to scroll the Experts page up or down.

4. Header should disappear when a user starts scrolling the Experts page down and appear when a user starts scrolling it up.

5. Author's page should be opened by clicking on the author's photo, name, or bio.
