User is logged in as an Admin

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the left side menu
2. Pay attention to the ‘Керування матеріалами’ tab

Actual result
The ‘Керування матеріалами’ tab is called as the ‘Матеріали’ in the left side menu

Expected result
The ‘Керування матеріалами’ tab is present in the left side menu on the admin page

Additional Information
The bug is appeared in both browsers
