Hmmmm, not sure what is going on here, cargo fmt is behaving differently on travis all of a sudden...

Switching to my linux machine to test it out there.

I think a new version of rustfmt literally was just released or something. So I'm grabbing it and re-testing locally now.

EDIT: scratch that, it came out 2 days ago, but I didn't have it updated on my machine.
EDIT 2: alright, that should do it. I've updated the .toml to account for a few of the new settings that they've added.
