This is an extension of Blender's built-in pose library system, which allows you to save and name specific poses for future reuse. The add-on adds the ability to display thumbnail icons for select poses, speeding up the animation process.

With a rig/armature selected and in pose mode, you can find it in the properties panel > armature tab > Pose Library panel. You can also view a slimmer version of just the thumbnails in the 3D panel right-side panel, Pose Library section.
