Install required python libraries,
pip install -r requirements.txt
Open config folder, and edit usage.py. Change CAMERA value to one of these numbers 0,1,2,3 (one may work for you and others won`t)
run python3 tracker.py or py tracker.py to run the app
THIS PROJECT MAY BE ABANDONED SOON BECAUSE OF ITS OPTIMALIZATIONS ETC.
