Release current main branch to PyPi

Problem Statement
The currently released version of django-simple-history is not up-to-date with the documentation, namely, the foreign_keys_are_objs parameter of diff_against is not in the released code for 3.5.0.

Describe the solution you'd like
A minor version release of the package to PyPi would be wonderful.

You may also want to consider holding off on documentation updates until the given feature is released :)

@ailandini-accenture Read the docs has versions for latest (what's in main) and stable (what's the latest actual release). It sounds like you're looking at latest rather than stable.
