Dropped support for older versions of Django and Python #136

Django 1.11 is the oldest version of Django currently supported by the Django authors. Python 2.6 and 3.3 reached EOL years ago. Continued support of these versions of Django and Python requires code forking and testing overhead that we can avoid.
