Fixup of #580

Correct the error

Kubernetes Cluster Name: "publick8s-endless-ghoul"): managedclusters.ManagedClustersClient#CreateOrUpdate: Failure sending request: StatusCode=0 -- Original Error: Code="InvalidLoadBalancerProfileAllocatedOutboundPorts" Message="Load balancer profile allocated ports must be a multiple of 8.
