fix(default) updates and corrects network definitions #283

While updating vpn.jenkins.io's VM from Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 22.04 we caught (among all) some issues in the default VPN.

This PR aims at fixing these configuration errors:

  • Use the proper /24 netmask
  • Remove mentions of unused networks such as 10.0.1.0/24
  • Remove unused accounts
