So we can access and restore them elsewhere if needed.

How-to retrieve issues data: #6 (comment)
(Filtered with jq to keep only issues data)

Can be simply stored in a git repository for now with (for example) https://github.com/githubocto/flat

Additional advantage: ability to consult issues history if need for moderation or else.

From #3585:

Backup help desk issues as markdown in this repository so they can be "grep"ed when searching for specific elements in https://github.com/jenkins-infra repositories. (I'm using this a lot to find out about forgotten services, DNS records, etc.)

We could use https://github.com/mattduck/gh2md, specifically https://github.com/mattduck/gh2md/blob/master/.github/workflows/issues2md.yml in order to save issues in this repository as markdown.
