We want to backup the important data of the infrastructure.

This subject has multiple challenges:

Portability (if a cloud provider kicks us out)
Safety (data must be encrypted at rest)
Archive durability (fault tolerance)
Cost (yeah SSD is not the best choice...)

We should also ensure trusted.ci.jenkins.io JENKINS_HOME is correctly backed up (many freestyle jobs)
