Fixes #2763

Also:

  • Remove redundant gitignore entries.
  • Updated autogenerated README.
  • Update jest-cli logo.

Test Plan

Ran node server/generate.js and confirmed that both feed.xml and atom.xml are saved into the build/jest/blog/ directory.
